Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on new business (sliding scale) twice a year, plus profit sharing twice a year.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and client support.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must obtain one within 90 days of hire (sponsorship and study time provided).
- Experience: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
