- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Account Expertise: Experience managing generalist accounts ranging from $100K to $500K in size.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
