Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable, bilingual individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for commercial and personal lines customers.
Qualifications
- Establish new relationships with potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners
- Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone, visiting local businesses, and walk-ins
- Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance
- Familiarize yourself with range of products and systems through agency provided training
- Experience in commercial OR personal lines, with an interest in learning the other
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
- Experience from an Independent Agency or a Captive Agent
- Must hold Property & Casualty License.'
- Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish
Salary: $45k - $55K commission
