Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 annually
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote work available)
- Equipment Provided: Yes
- Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the workers' compensation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Handle complex claims, including those involving 4850 benefits, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.
- SIP (Self-Insurance Plans) certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
