Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote our services
- Explain policy terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement
- Assist customers with retail sales of insurance products such as health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and personalized service
- Manage sales administration tasks using company-provided systems to track leads, appointments, and client interactions
- Analyze client information to recommend suitable coverage options while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations

Experience
- Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health or able to obtain within first 6 months of hire
- Proven sales experience within the insurance or retail industry is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex policy details
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, customer service excellence, and team collaboration

Pay: $49,918.92 - $60,117.41 per year
