The Joint Chiropractic in Missoula is seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of our wellness clinic. This is a flexible part-time leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, supporting a team, and creating an exceptional experience for patients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can help keep the clinic running smoothly while providing leadership and administrative support to our front office team.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee and support daily clinic operations, including scheduling, hiring support, administrative responsibilities, and front office management. This role plays an important part in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and positive environment for both patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient service.
  • Manage employee scheduling and help maintain appropriate clinic coverage.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Provide guidance, support, and leadership to front office staff.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, phone communication, and patient support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, documentation, and office organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee and patient records.
  • Help monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed.
  • Support team communication, meetings, and operational improvements.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Help create a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on health, wellness, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office management, healthcare administration, retail management, or a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with scheduling systems, computers, and administrative software.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to creating a great patient experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or healthcare experience is a plus.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Flexible part-time hours designed to fit your schedule.
  • Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility based on clinic needs and candidate availability.
  • Weekday availability preferred, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
