If you’re the kind of doctor who takes the time to educate, connects with people, confidently recommends the care you believe they need, and wants to see your patients live healthier, more active lives — we want to meet you.

- Help create a positive, energetic clinic culture centered around patient care, teamwork, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Chiropractic License

- Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred
- A doctor who is confident in their clinical recommendations and comfortable asking patients to commit to the care they need

- Ability to connect with a wide range of patients and build trust quickly
- Growth-minded, coachable, and willing to work within an established system
- Comfortable working alongside a front desk team to support the overall patient experience
The Doctor We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone who simply adjusts well and moves on to the next patient.
The patients deserve a doctor who cares about the person on the table.
Someone who can recognize what a patient needs, explain it in a way they understand, answer their concerns, and confidently recommend the care that can help them reach their goals.
Our strongest doctors:
- Believe in the care they provide
- Educate rather than simply adjust
- Build genuine relationships with patients
- Communicate confidently and earn patient commitment
- Create long-term wellness patients, not just one-time visits
- Take ownership of their clinic and patient experience
- Are motivated by both patient impact and professional growth
- Want to make a difference in the quality of life of the people they care for
