- Saturday | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (required)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience to all patients and visitors from the moment they arrive
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with patient inquiries and requests
- Educate patients on wellness offerings, membership options, and services in a way that aligns with their individual wellness needs
- Sell wellness plans and visit packages suited to patients’ care plans and clinic goals, meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure accounts are accurate and current
- Maintain clinic flow by scheduling appointments, guiding patients through their visit, and supporting team members
- Re-engage inactive patients to encourage continuity of care
- Participate in local marketing and patient growth initiatives to help build new patient counts
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Sales & Communication
- Strong ability to confidently present and sell services in a patient-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage diverse individuals with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic clinic setting
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or wellness preferred
- Comfort working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing to individual and team success
