Front Desk Sales Associate

This is not your typical front desk role — this is a customer-facing, sales-driven position where you’ll engage with patients, recommend memberships, and help grow the clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression for every patient
• Educate patients on membership plans, packages, and benefits
• Drive sales, upgrades, and renewals (this role includes bonus opportunities)
• Handle check-ins, payments, and scheduling efficiently
• Track daily performance metrics (visits, conversions, memberships)
• Support clinic flow and work closely with the chiropractor
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality (preferred)
✅ Comfortable talking about pricing and closing sales
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
✅ Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
✅ Basic computer and POS/payment experience

Great backgrounds for this role:

• Fitness studios (Orangetheory, gyms, etc.)
• Retail sales (wireless, apparel, etc.)
• Hospitality / front desk with upselling

Schedule

• 4-day workweek (Full-time)
• Wednesdays-Fridays: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional travel between nearby clinics
