Chiropractic role
Through expert spinal adjustments, precise diagnosis and effective treatment of musculoskeletal issues, the Chiropractor provides holistic chiropractic care designed to elevate patients' overall health and foster lasting wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments through observation and physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Ability to perform 250-300 weekly full spine diversified adjustments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Hold patients accountable for their Wellness Goals to maximize retention.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments provided, and progress notes using appropriate medical terminology.
- Facilitate and ensure the growth of active membership.
- Actively solicit and encourage monthly Google Reviews for the clinic.
- Drive patient acquisition through proactive referral generation efforts.
Essential Skills and Experience
- An active Doctor of Chiropractic License to practice in the state of Florida
- Proficient chiropractor delivering effective quality adjustments.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales, manual adjusting, and achieving positive patient education outcomes is essential.
- Possesses a comprehensive grasp of the Wellness paradigm and the integral role of chiropractic in promoting overall wellness.
- Skilled in diversified chiropractic adjusting techniques, including extremity adjustments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
