Role Description
- The Chiropractor will be responsible for conducting spinal adjustments, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, and providing holistic chiropractic care to improve overall health and wellness.
Performance Expectations
- Ability to perform 250-300 weekly full spine diversified adjustments
- Visit Growth: Achieve patient visit growth visits week over week to 250-300.
- Hold patients accountable for their Wellness Goals to maximize retention
- Google Reviews: Contribute to the clinic’s (5 ) monthly Google Reviews
- Active Member Growth: Contribute to a minimum of 45 quarterly Record Active Membership growth.
The Opportunity:

Qualifications
- Skills in Chiropractic, Spine, and Adjustments
- An active Doctor of Chiropractic License to practice in the state of Florida
- At least 2 years experience in sales, manual adjusting, and patient education
- Knowledge of Medicine and the Musculoskeletal System
- Strong understanding of chiropractic principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
