What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care as needed
Support chiropractors in maintaining best practices
Monitor clinic metrics and operational performance
Partner with ownership to drive growth initiatives
Lead performance conversations and coaching sessions
Ensure documentation compliance and workflow consistency

$425 per day ($110,500 annually)
10–15% annual performance bonus

Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic
Active Colorado chiropractic license
NBCE Parts I–IV completed
Malpractice eligibility
Ability to travel between clinic locations
