Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual and in-person appointments.
- Handle confidential communications and maintain discretion at all times.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and progress follow-ups.
- Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests for the executive team.
- Organize virtual meetings, take minutes, and distribute key action items.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (remote experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) or Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) a plus.
