Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients throughout the community to understand their protection needs and offer guidance.
Review existing policies to ensure families are properly covered and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute personalized insurance strategies that protect our clients' most valuable assets.
Collaborate with the rest of the agency team to refine our sales process and improve our outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care and precision.
Provide ongoing support to policyholders, acting as a reliable resource during their most important life transitions.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Maryland.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage a consistent pipeline of new business.
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with families and business owners in Waldorf.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with agency management software.
Prior experience with Allstate systems and underwriting guidelines is highly beneficial.
