Responsibilities

Requirements
Active Maryland Property & Casualty Producer License.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales, ideally with Allstate or a similar carrier.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
