What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Senior Assistant Property Manager to help keep one of our premier commercial properties running like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities are….
- Day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and lease files.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist with leasing activities including marketing, showing units, and processing applications.
- Prepare the monthly financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and implement the annual operating and capital budgets.
- Directly manage the accounts payable (A/P) process through the required accounting platform.

Within 3 months this person will….
- Have gained a thorough understanding of the property management software and systems used by the company.
- Successfully manage day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in maintaining tenant satisfaction.
- Build rapport with tenants and establish a positive working relationship with the property management team.
Within 6 months this person will….
- Take on increased responsibilities, including handling more complex tenant issues and participating in property inspections.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and contribute to process improvements.
- Achieve a solid grasp of lease agreements, legal compliance, and property regulations.
Within 12 months this person will….
- Have established themselves as a key contributor to the property management team with a proven track record of effective property oversight and tenant relations.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute ideas for enhancing property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Be prepared for potential career advancement within the company, such as stepping into a Property Manager role.
Growth Track

· Potential to expand responsibilities into specialized areas such as property development or asset management.

Who you will be working with:
· During the onboarding and transition period, you will have weekly 1-on-1s with your manager and other account executives to ensure that you are being set up for success in the best way possible and receiving additional coaching.
· This position requires a significant amount of client facing interactions.
What we need from you:
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, or similar
● Real Estate Broker’s license
● Previous experience in property management or related field
● A service-first mindset and hunger to grow
● Tech-savvy and detail-oriented (knowledge of real estate software a plus)
● Bonus: familiarity with maintenance processes or construction basics
