We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cafe Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent food service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with food prep and maintain cleanliness of the cafe area.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks as a skilled barista.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Cafe Associate or in a similar food service role.
- Proficient in food preparation and food service.
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to take direction and work reliably.
- Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
