Location: The Jennifer Haring Agency - 10340 Alta Vista Rd #100 Ft. Worth, TX 76244
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends!)

We’re hiring immediately to replace a valued team member who will be leaving at the end of the year. The best part? You’ll receive hands-on training from this departing team member to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage policy changes, updates, and client inquiries for our commercial accounts, with an emphasis on trucking policies.
- Provide high-quality service to clients by answering questions, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and proactively addressing needs.
- Oversee billing, policy retention, and documentation, keeping clients informed and supported.
- Shop renewals on behalf of clients, handling all aspects from premium collection to signature gathering.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- ONLY APPLICANTS WITH A TX. PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED
- 2 years of commercial insurance experience is REQUIRED (Trucking insurance experience is a big plus).
- Bi-lingual proficiency (Spanish).
- A true customer service professional with a “bend over backwards” attitude—our agency handles everything, so our clients don’t have to.
