Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
• Supervise hospitality teams across departments, ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies and expense control to maximize profitability.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data accuracy.
• Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team management to cultivate a motivated and professional staff.
• Maintain hotel guest service standards by monitoring guest relations, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor.
• Coordinate with night audit teams to ensure financial accuracy and complete daily financial operations including billing and reconciliation.
• Implement hotel policies aligned with industry best practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
• Foster effective managerial communication across departments to promote teamwork and operational efficiency.
• Engage in revenue management initiatives by analyzing market trends, adjusting pricing strategies, and maximizing occupancy rates.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy levels while maintaining excellent guest relations.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management software, and hospitality reservation platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Experience managing hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and revenue strategies.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest services standards.
• Ability to oversee daily hotel functions including human resources activities such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Strong communication skills for clear managerial directives and effective guest interactions.
• Knowledge of resort or hotel experience preferred; previous experience managing hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment is ideal.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
