What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Client Care and Operations Assistant position at The Jeff Probst Group - Keller Williams Community...?
Do you love variety? Thrive on being the person who can handle basically anything without needing a color-coded checklist or emotional support latte (though we won’t judge)? Good news: we’re hiring a part-time Utility Player — a.k.a. Team Swiss Army Knife — to help our real estate team keep all the balls in the air and look good doing it.
This role is for the organized-but-not-boring, flexible-but-not-a-doormat, people-person-who-doesn’t-make-it-weird.
What You’ll Be Doing (a little bit of everything):
- Answering our main phone line like a calm professional who doesn't hate people
- Making warm, friendly "care calls" to our top-tier clients (because relationships matter more than drip campaigns)
- Helping plan events that don’t suck — calling vendors, sending invites, creating Eventbrite pages, maybe even Googling “how much cheese is too much cheese?”
- Sending invites, reminder texts, “bring a friend” nudges, and follow-ups post-event (aka: the secret sauce that makes people feel special)
- Running signs or dropping off closing gifts like the gift-giving real estate ninja you are
- Being an extra set of hands for staging days (think: fluffing pillows, not feng shui consulting)
- Calling contractors for quotes (because )
- Tackling one-off, random admin projects like a real MVP
Future Possibilities (If you crush it like we know you will):
- Light admin work like pulling calendar data to spreadsheets (don’t worry — we’re not Excel monsters)
- Following up with leads
- Keeping an eye out for life milestones (new jobs, moves, celebrations) so we can cheer on our people and show up when it matters
What You Bring to the Table:
- You don’t need hand-holding, just direction
- You’ve got a great phone voice and a better attitude
- You’re not allergic to Google Sheets or texting people without making it awkward
- You like people. Like, genuinely.
- Bonus points if you’ve got real estate experience, but not required
Details:
- Part-time (hours flexible — we care more about consistency than clock-punching)
- Some in-person tasks, some remote. You’ll need to be Dayton-ish.
- Pay depends on experience, but also on how cool you are. (Kidding. Kind of.)
