Role Description The Residential Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlantic Beach, FL, serving homes throughout the Jacksonville area. In this role, you will perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and organizing living spaces according to company standards and client preferences. You will follow established checklists and procedures, use provided tools and supplies safely and efficiently, and ensure each home meets luxury-level cleanliness and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients about their needs, addressing special requests, and providing updates to the scheduling and operations team. The position also involves reporting issues or maintenance concerns observed in client homes, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication with clients and team members and the ability to understand and follow written instructions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on listening to client needs, delivering consistently high-quality work, and responding professionally to feedback.
- Basic Sales and service-upgrade awareness, including comfort introducing add-on services or premium offerings when appropriate and in line with client interests.
- Familiarity with Residential Real Estate environments, such as working in occupied homes, high-end residences, or short-term rental properties, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hospitality, or a related service role preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability, with the ability to follow standardized processes and meet scheduled appointments.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Jacksonville area as needed.
