Our team is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Field Specialist/Photographer with the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team. The mission of our team is to provide a premier customer service experience for every home seller and buyer we serve, and this role plays an important part in supporting that mission. With deep knowledge of the local market and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we work together to guide clients through each step of their real estate journey.
We are seeking someone who can balance photography and field responsibilities while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will capture high-quality listing photos, videos, 3D tours, drone footage, and other media to support our marketing efforts. You will also manage and maintain our inventory of yard signs, directional signs, and lockboxes, including installation, removal, and tracking for active listings. Much of your day will be spent in the field, retrieving signs and lockboxes, preparing for open houses and broker events, completing vacant property checks, and helping with errands as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting office upkeep, coordinating van usage, assisting with company events, and completing daily tasks.
This full-time position (30 to 40 hours a week) runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills. You must be comfortable driving frequently, working independently, adjusting when business needs shift, and passing a drug test and background check.
