Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Weirton, WV, for a Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator. The role involves managing the planning, execution, and delivery of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Responsibilities include preparing project estimates, overseeing logistics, expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and supervising project progress. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and team supervision
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely progression of project schedules
• Experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Skills in Logistics Management, including organizing and allocating resources effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectively
• Familiarity with heavy civil construction practices and related safety standards is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or greater than 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management/estimating.
