We’re excited to expand into our newest location in Chesterfield, MO, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and personable Front Desk / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful connection and takes pride in creating positive patient experiences. You’ll help guide patients through every step of their journey, from understanding our services and concierge membership to signing them up to become members. You will work on scheduling appointments, coordinating billing and providing educational information. The role is based in our Chesterfield Clinic spearheading the front desk, and sales.
The best candidate will have a passion for integrative medicine, taking care of patients, and customer service coming first. We move mountains for our patients and are looking for someone to join in that effort in our Chesterfield office.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate patients concerning James Clinic concierge memberships.
- Enroll new patients in concierge.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems effectively.
- Schedule appointments and manage medical scheduling efficiently.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks when in clinic.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous sales experience required, in a clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in managing medical records.
- Proficient in handling phone systems and managing multiple lines of communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
