Overview
The Jam UAC (Urban Athletic Club) is a high-energy kids’ training facility in Savannah where movement, confidence, and FUN come first. Our summer camps combine Ninja, Parkour, and Gymnastics-style activities for kids of all levels.
We’re hiring Summer Camp Coaches to help lead safe, structured, and exciting camp days for kids ages 4–14. You don’t need prior gymnastics/ninja/parkour experience — we’ll train you on-site. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and how you show up for kids.
Responsibilities
- Help coach and supervise camp groups through Ninja, Parkour, and Gymnastics-based stations
- Spot and guide kids (ages 4–14) through skills and obstacle progressions
- Set up and reset equipment, keep stations organized, and maintain a clean/safe space
- Keep campers engaged with encouragement, games, and positive coaching
- Support check-in/check-out, water breaks, transitions, and overall camp flow
- Follow safety rules and communicate any concerns to the lead coach/manager
Qualifications
- Experience in any sports is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with kids (babysitting, coaching, tutoring, childcare, volunteering) is a plus
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Passion for engaging with children through sports coaching, games and crafts.
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude that inspires young learners.

Pay: $14.60 - $18.00 per hour
