The hourly range is $22.04-$31.96. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Shift information: These positions are Monday-Friday onsite. There is some flexibility with start and end times but the hired candidates will need to be available until 5:30pm (EST) one day per week as part of a duty rotation. During a portion of training the shift is fixed at 9:00am-5:30pm (EST) for 2-4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Perform laboratory procedures with limited oversight, including DNA extraction and PCR-based genotyping.
- Conduct data analysis and generate accurate reports.
- Independently manage work queues and shared lab tasks on a rotational basis.
- Troubleshoot assays and critically review data for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and biosecurity standards.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a laboratory preferred.
- Understanding of Mendelian genetics and basic molecular biology techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures preferred.
