LPN Job Description
Shift-First week-Monday, Friday and Saturday 8-8, Second week-Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8-8.
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for the Martin Convenient Care Clinic. The LPN will be responsible for performing clerical and patient care duties to maintain an efficient and effective workflow. The position will perform independent general nursing care to patients within the scope of practice as established by the state of TN.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care under the supervision for the Clinic and patients
- Perform clerical and patient care duties to maintain an efficient and effective workflow
- Perform independent general nursing care to patients within the scope of practice as established by the state of TN
- Communicate professionally utilizing verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills
- Document appropriately in the Electronic Health Record
Requirements:
- State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
