Seasonal Customer Service Assistant – Summer 2026
Are you looking to ad to your college resume but also enjoy another summer on 7 Mile Island? We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to support our customer service team for the Summer 2026 season. This is a seasonal position ideal for someone who is hands-on, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day customer service needs
Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for household appliances and fixtures
Support team operations as needed throughout the season
Qualifications (Preferred but not required):
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working directly with clients in a professional setting
Basic knowledge of household systems and general maintenance
Technologically proficient (smartphones, apps, basic software)
Reliable transportation required
Availability to work weekends

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
