In This Role You Will
- Office and workstation moves and repairs
- Provide coordination for maintenance requests
- Support for special events & meetings
- Set up tables, chairs, stages, podiums
- Box truck (parcel and light freight) delivery across campus
- Support Groundskeeping and Mailroom functions as needed
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Strong Capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications
- Experience coordinating with third party contractors
- Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly and meet deadlines
- Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution
