Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive and timely experience
  • Manage and maintain candidate information in iCims, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with managing assessment results, job postings, and offer letter preparation
  • Support new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating first-day logistics
  • Partner closely with recruiters and HR team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed to support Talent Acquisition operations
  • Help organize recruiting events, career fairs, and internal hiring initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support (preferably in financial services or sales-driven environments)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ATS tools; familiarity with iCims is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
