We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AM Room Attendant to join our team in Baltimore, United States. - Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards

- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform any additional tasks as requested by management
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel setting a must.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and products
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Basic English language proficiency for effective communication
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
