Qualifications
The role requires:
- Prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fine dining, or elevated food & beverage environments preferred.
- Ability to set, run and organize meetings and events places including AV and buffets.
- Experience with or the ability to learn coffee and tea products and services.
- Strong service instincts and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a highly personalized, guest-focused setting where flexibility and teamwork are essential.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, steady presence during busy service periods.
- Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability required.
