What You’ll Be Doing
- Help oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues professionally
- Lead, motivate, and support restaurant team members
- Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and operational standards
- Coach employees and help develop future leaders
- Monitor restaurant performance and help implement solutions
- Promote a positive, upbeat, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing teams of 20 employees
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with POS systems and inventory controls preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
