What You'll Do- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and butchering meats
- Cook menu items alongside a skilled culinary team
- Follow directions from Executive and Sous Chefs
- Ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Properly stock and rotate inventory
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
- Previous experience as a HIGH-VOLUME Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Restaurant Cook
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and execution
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Culinary school training preferred
- Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus
