We're looking for energetic, friendly, and hospitality-driven Hosts and Hostesses who love connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.

What You'll Do- Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy service periods.
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation.
- Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant.
- Take reservations and manage incoming phone calls.
- Assist guests with requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant information.
- Support team members and assist other restaurant positions when needed.
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
- Professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
