What You'll Do- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Act as a key communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
- Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables and stocking supplies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining spaces throughout service.
- Remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware as needed.
- Reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
- Assist servers by responding to guest needs and communicating special requests.
- Ensure food presentation meets company standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Help create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Professional, dependable, and punctual work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Current Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one before employment.
