As a key member of our HIGH VOLUME kitchen, you'll play a critical role in delivering the exceptional food and dining experiences our guests expect every day.
What You'll Do- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare food for service, including meats, vegetables, sauces, and other menu components.
- Cook menu items according to company recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Execute broiled and grilled items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
- Ensure all food is prepared and plated correctly while maintaining ticket times.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a Broiler Cook, Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures.
- Experience cooking meats to proper temperatures and specifications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and chef direction.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
