Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for managing catering sales and events, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service throughout the planning and execution of events. The role also involves collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure quality and timeliness, prospecting for new business opportunities, and effectively overseeing event logistics and operations.

- Proven expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Solid knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
- Experience in hospitality or a resort setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous catering sales experience preferred.
- Creativity and food/beverage knowledge desired.
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state required.
- Developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills.
