Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our Sonny's BBQ team! The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Lead Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Ensure that all iServ/Sonny’s BBQ mission, values, and objectives are communicated, understood, and practiced with all Team Members.
- Ensure that our restaurants have a fun, playful, and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet the individual needs and concerns of our staff and guests daily.
- Promotes a culture that inspires improvement; continually develops and mentors team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their success.
- Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
- Ability to lead front and back-of-the-house staff through shifts to ensure a great experience for all guests.
- Overseeing the learning and development of new Team Members.
- Communicate with the Management Team on the performance of Team Members.
- Performing other duties as necessary including point-of-sale (POS) functions, handling guest concerns, receiving Team Member checkouts, etc.
