Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL (Primary) — Occasional Regional travel across Florida & Georgia
Compensation: $31,368-46,673 DOE / Full Time / Hourly

Job Summary: iServ is looking for a creative thinker, a dependable and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator in the Orlando, FL area to support our marketing efforts across Giovanni’s Pizzeria & Kitchen, Sonny’s BBQ and iServ brands. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized. You will manage social media content, coordinate local promotions, organize creative assets, and support communication between our restaurants, vendors, and the marketing team.
The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. One day might involve working on a photoshoot, the next ensuring a campaign goes out on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and posting content on social media platforms.
- Support local store marketing efforts, including events and community outreach.
- Help organize and maintain marketing assets, photos, and creative files.
- Coordinate vendor communication and track project timelines.
- Gather and organize performance metrics and social engagement reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director and marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media or related role
- Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts including gathering, scheduling and publishing content
- Advanced proficiency in capturing content (on-brand images and short-form video)
- Proven story-telling and editing skills, with the ability to maintain a brand voice
- Experience creating visual and digital content, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Solid organization and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working cross-functionally (vendors, operations, HR, etc.)
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant hospitality or multi-unit retail
- Experience supporting local store marketing (events, fundraisers, community partnerships)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities
- Comfort using Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc)
