- Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to secure optimal terms and services.
- Coordinate all aspects of event setup, including catering, décor, technical equipment, and guest accommodations.
- Manage event marketing efforts to promote events effectively through various channels and maximize attendance.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze success metrics, and identify areas for improvement for future events.
