Duties
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to keep the dining area inviting and ready for new guests
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper food handling and cleaning procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or basic plating support when needed
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, serving stations, and clearing after service
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Help with food handling tasks in accordance with safety standards to ensure hygienic service
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and precision
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols in food handling environments
- Experience with bussing tables, food prep, or kitchen support roles such as catering or hotel service is a plus
