Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail

- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

Experience
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable
- Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, including fine dining or catering environments
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills, with proficiency in knife handling and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in menu planning, food service operations, and meal preparation processes
