Senior Internal Auditor

We’re seeking a Senior Internal Auditor – Data Analytics to elevate how we audit, assess risk, and drive insights across the enterprise. This role blends advanced analytics with core audit expertise to build continuous monitoring programs, uncover trends, and deliver high-impact recommendations to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with audit teams to identify where analytics can strengthen financial, operational, and compliance audits

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of corporate audits aligned with Global Internal Audit Standards

• Build advanced analytics procedures to detect anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Extract, cleanse, and model data from multiple systems using Alteryx, Power BI, SSAS, and Power Query

• Use SQL & Python to develop automated workflows, continuous monitoring, and repeatable testing

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive decision-making at all levels

• Support risk assessments by identifying trends, control weaknesses, and fraud indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred); agile and fast-paced environment exposure

• 5 years in Accounting/Audit strong understanding of audit principles and risk management

• 3 years of robust Power BI and data analytics experience

• Hands-on expertise with Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, SSAS, Power Query, and Python

• Ability to build trusted relationships with executives and communicate insights clearly

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a proactive problem-solver

Must be ok with being fully onsite to have visibility to executive leadership!

Bonus Points:

• CPA, CIA, CISA, or analytics-related certifications

• Business process audit experience (or willingness to expand beyond operational/IT audit)
