Role: Construction Accountant
Duration: Contract – 3 Months, Potential to Extend/Convert
Setting: On site
Pay: $33 - $40/hour
Location: Dallas, TX 75240
We’re hiring a Construction Accountant for a 3-month contract with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to support high-visibility projects within a fast-paced real estate development and construction environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review construction draw packages
- Assist with HUD loan documentation and reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project financials
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to track budgets, costs, and timelines
- Support compliance with financial reporting requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of construction accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with construction draws
- Exposure to HUD loans and/or construction financing
- Experience preparing financial packages
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Property management accounting experience
- Background in real estate development
