The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls while partnering closely with the Controller.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Review GL accounts, journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany activity
- Analyze financial statements and identify trends and variances
- Support audits, internal controls, and accounting projects
- Lead and develop accounting team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Public accounting/audit experience and CPA are a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
