Interlude Pet Resort and Spa is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist, you are the heart of the front office and one of the first faces our clients and pets see when they walk through the door. This role is responsible for helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Receptionists help manage appointments, answer questions, assist customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is a very rewarding position for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phones and responding to customer questions
- Scheduling boarding, daycare, grooming, and other services
- Checking pets in and out safely and efficiently
- Processing payments and managing customer accounts
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
- Communicating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Must enjoy working with both animals and people
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Holidays and weekends are required
Hours:
Available shifts include:
- Full shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Half shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
