Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect restrooms and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation
- Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other essentials to maintain availability
- Monitor the condition of facilities, reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist visitors with any restroom-related inquiries or needs in a courteous manner
- Support janitorial staff with additional custodial duties including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping floors
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
