Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oceanside, CA, for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead and oversee the sales team, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing and expanding client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, implementing sales operations, and fostering a results-driven culture within the sales department. Additionally, the Vice President of Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in Account Management, including client relationship building and retention.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, with an ability to create and implement efficient sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance or a related industry is an advantage.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
