About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations, strategy, and performance.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Oversee project execution, engineering, field services, and customer delivery.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and operational processes that support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 15 years of leadership experience in industrial services, automation, systems integration, manufacturing, energy, or Oil & Gas.
- 7 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple departments or large-scale operations.
- Proven success managing P&L performance and driving profitable growth.
- Strong background in operations, project execution, strategic planning, and team development.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
